About Niels Slieker

born in hilversum, and spending most of his time in amsterdam,, niels slieker has been making photographs ever since he bought his first camera at 16. it is slieker’s sole purpose to document life as he experiences it.

that can be in the form of his commercial work with clients such as universal pictures, warnerbros, rtl or summer dance festival or maybe it’s in the form of his portrait work collaborating with artists, actresses and models. shooting book covers, magazine editorials, pregnancy & wedding portraits and much more. lastly, it could be slieker’s personal work in street photography, landscapes or documenting the intimacy of his intimate relationship with family and life. for slieker photography has become his way of communicating.
